Approximate location: Valleybrook Road, opposite Smithbridge Road, at the traffic light.  The parcel is in Chester Heights Borough, 19017.
 
Chester Heights Camp Meeting is interested in selling a parcel with frontage along Valleyrbook Road, from the railroad tracks to the LEFT of our main entrance road, and up to the wooded area in the rear of the vacant field. This parcel has not yet been surveyed, and it's exact dimensions and acreage have not been determined.  Buyers who would like to develop this parcel for a low-traffic impact use are welcome to contact us directly.  This parcel contains existing easements for the old railway line and PECO electric transmission lines. It is easily identifiable by visiting the site. 
 
Prospective purchasers should be aware that It is the intent of the camp meeting to donate some of our land to the RIGHT of our main road to Chester Heights Borough, for use as a future firehouse and/or municipal building.
 
The camp meeting will retain the remainder of it's 30.9 acres for it's existing use as a seasonal Christian Camp Meeting revival and retreat and will continue to operate as we have since 1872.

There are several businesses along Valleybrook and Smithbridge Roads, including Wilsons Auction, as well as the Chester Heights Post Office.

A new traffic light is at the intersection of Valleybrook Road, Smithbridge Road, and our entrance.
 
This parcel is being sold directly by the camp meeting. It is not listed by a licensed real estate broker, and we have no interest in doing so at this time.
