Application for 2010 Memorials and Donations

Memorial Benefits

  The name of each person memorialized will be announced at our closing service on September 19^th. 

  Memorial names and donations will be printed and distributed to all attendees, along with your name as the donor (unless you specify that your name be anonymous.)

  Memorial names, donations and donors will be displayed on our website.

  Memorial and other donations are tax deductible.

  Memorials and donations may be for any amount, but we suggest Twenty ($20) to one hundred dollars ($100) or more per memorial name.  Memorials will appear in the following categories: Platinum $1,000 or more; (Gold) $100 or more; (Silver) $50-99; (Bronze) $20-49; (Other) Less than $20.

  Anyone can make a memorial donation. You do not need to be a member or cottager at camp meeting.

Please mail your memorial so we receive it on or before September 15, 2010.  Memorials received after that date and up to the concert itself, will be announced, and printed on all except that evening’s program.
