TITLE: Good News Prison Ministry performs at Chester Heights Camp Meeting

Good News Prison Ministry will perform in the “Concerts in the woods” series at Chester Heights Camp Meeting Concert on Sunday, July, 12 at 7:00 pm, with a seven talented performers who have appeared in prison crusades in Alabama and South Carolina, as well as concerts in Ohio, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. The septet group includes guitars, mandolin and bass and also performs a cappella. The group’s slogan is “Sharing Gods Love through music.”

The concert and refreshments are free and will take place, rain or shine. A love offering will be taken during the concert.

Those who attend the concert are invited to bring their own picnic dinner and dine in the picnic area, after 5:00 PM and to take a free tour of some historic Victorian cottages, a half hour prior to the concert.

The Camp Meeting is located at 320 Valleybrook Road (Rte 261,) one mile South of US Route 1 (Baltimore Pike,) at the Smithbridge Road traffic light.

Chester Heights Camp Meeting Association is an evangelical religious organization that works with area churches. They are located on 31 acres, with 150 year-old trees, hiking trails, children's playground, several Victorian public buildings, such as an original gazebo that seats 120 people, and 60 century-old Victorian summer cottages.
